This is one of my favourites.

This abstract figure painting ‘Mirage’ has come from my love of life drawing. I switched from life drawing to life painting and fell in love with the possibilities.

This modern abstract art style has come from the process of letting go and experimentation. Painting wet on wet, I love the free flow of the colours running and blending into each other. With a live model as the inspiration, I capture the energy of the moment. It’s as if the inks have revealed an invisible figure.

The original female figure painting was painted with inks and the print looks like the inks on beautiful gallery quality art paper,
