How it works.
Online orders are sent during business hours between Monday and Fridays.
For made-to-order garments this will be after the garment has been made.
Made-to-order garments have a turnaround time of 3 weeks to be made once payment has been received.
If you need a made-to-order garment in a shorter time frame please email info@tarmi.com.au
Custom orders, like made-to-measure garments, will require a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% to be paid before garment will be delivered.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.
Shipping: Domestic Orders
Tarmi • Artist • Designer • Fashion Artist • offers free postage for Australian purchases. Australia Post will be used for domestic delivery
Delivery takes between 1 to 5 days, depending on the location within Australia
Shipping: International Orders
Tarmi • Artist • Designer • Fashion Artist • uses Australia Post Air Mail Track and Pack service for international delivery. There is a $40 AUD flat rate for international orders. If insurance is required, please contact us directly for a quote and note that extra charges will apply. The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel.
Delivery takes between 3 to 10 days, depending on the location.
Tracking Your Order
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email regarding shipping and outlining the details of your order. This message will include a tracking number with information on how to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.
